easyJet – Integrated Travel Wallet – Booking Hub.
EasyJet approached us to once again take a deep dive look at their mobile app.
Once again a small team of 4 from Somo visited their easyJet Luton, made up of myself leading all visual, I was accompanied by a project manager, an information architect and a strategist.
We spent the first day hearing about easyJet’s pain points and how they felt that their app was not working nearly as hard as it should be.
It should be letting users search, discover and book various other aspects of their holiday.
We created several user stories and then some initial low-fi UX which led to the high fidelity designs.
We focused on simple to use transactions and transitions to make the app to bring it alive.
Wrapping it up in a video that could be used to a variety of audiences.
